After a number of residents had approached me about the amount of rubbish building up in this rear access lane Council officers have now distributed a letter reminding residents of their responsibility to keep these tidy and will be undertaking door knocking to help people recycling and produce less in their black bags.Do you have a similar problem in your back lane?
