Out canvassing in Bathwick Estate this morning and the best part for me was chatting to a resident who told me that she was voting for the independent candidate and then to find out that Annette Martin (standing in Bathwick) had been door knocking in Walcot!
The independents pose no threat in Bathwick Ward if they can't find it!

I have lived in Forester Lane for the last 3 years and had considered that to be part of Bathwick, so I was rather surprised to discover it was part of the Walcot voting area.
I'm sure other residents in Bath could find it strange that "Bathwick street" is not, as the name could suggest, in fact part of Bathwick. (Although I suppose the suffix of street usually indicates the road lies in the direction of the preceding word.)
I hope you did the morally decent thing and informed Annette of her simple mistake.
She has been informed.
I would actually quite like her to give Elgar a run for his money in Bathwick!
